I was nominated by Stephanie Fleming & the crew over at Me & My Big Ideas in this video to take the ALS ice bucket challenge! Oh no she dih-int! I was trying my best to virtually avoid all eye-contact in the hopes of not 'being called on', but alas: I was. ...and how could I not do it? She's my new boss! Haa haa!
Turns out, it was a blessing in disguise because it gave me something positive to focus on, broke me out of my homesick funk a little bit, and offered a temporary relief from the Texas heat. Watch below:
