It's bold. It's graphic. It's exactly how I want to approach this brand new year.

For the above title page, I printed my 2013 ball stamp on white cardstock from PSE. I also made a quick 3x4 insert to highlight my one little word for the year, and finished with a sequins heart...

...that you see on the other side of the PL page. I did this a few times in the first few pages of my 2013 album. I like the 'other side of the looking glass' effect it has.

Me, with my iPhone in hand.
I used this photo because it's pretty much how my Project Life album gets filled.

Intro page: tons more glitter, a shot of me on New Year's Eve, and some fun embelishments.

I love these Rock, Paper, Scissors clips that I found at my local mall's Madewell shop.

I included them because it reminds me not to take any decisions I might make too seriously, because life's half chance anyway.

One of my New Year's Stamps that didn't make the final cut, but I still adore it.

Above is the spread for |week 1| of 2013. Typing that feels so weird. Seems like yesterday I was posting about my first week from last year.

My cute DIY one little word frame project made its way into an insert or two.

I also managed to use my tiny little 2013 bar code stamp. It's the cutest boop ever. Really.
You can purchase one from my STAMP SHOP.

I made a middle insert of the happenings of January 1st. Read about some of it here.

The back are just some IGed shots of the week.

The right side includes an awesome quote (equipped with typo) I stubbled upon on a facebook page:

...a visual representation of how solo I feel entering this new year. "ADMIT ONE" please.

...my sweet guy gazing at me on a Friay night, and some pretty paper:

...my Saturday evening, watching Away We Go. I love this movie to the end and the death of me:

Finally, part of the first week of January 2013's spread is the notion I fell asleep with Saturday night and woke up with Sunday morning. Something hit me like a lightning strike the first week of January, and I'm wondering if I should make a move on it. It was incredibly unexpected, but seems awesome. ...and heck! My resolution for this month is to MAKE JANUARY AWESOME INSTEAD OF NOT AWESOME...

I guess I've already answered my own question. ;)

To state the obvious: I love Project Life.
This will be my second year with the project, and
this year I plan to make it better than I ever thought I could when I started it last year.
Won't you follow along?
May you have a blessed conclusion to 2013's first weekend!
I'll catch you here tomorrow, lovies!
